2.1 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and any campaigns you have opted into. Transactional messages are sent as needed based on your service activity. Marketing messages are sent periodically and will not exceed a reasonable frequency.

2.2 Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Ignite Media is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.

2.3 How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent to your number. To re-subscribe, reply START or provide consent again through our website.
